    Burial and Massive attack

Massive Attack have invited the dark knight of dubstep to re-work several tracks from their upcoming album.

The album, set for release later this year, will also feature appearances from stars such as Damon Albarn, but it is the dubstep star which the Bristol duo have expressed particular interest in working with.

“The dubstep thing is amazing, there’s a lot of really good people there,” said Daddy G "Kode9 is great as well. These kids are just amazing and we want to be part of that.”

The duo said they had been listening to a lot of Mercury-nominated Burial’s music before deciding to ask him to rework their own. “He’s just amazing,” said Daddy G. “The way he does his layers, the drums and stuff like that.”
