Hi, just wondering as I dont see much on here about it. Seems to be more people using Reason, FL etc.

What plug-ins are you finding the best for bass?
LOGIC
We need a logic production thread sticky tbh.

i use it, or rather i should say getting used to it again. i used it when emagic still owned it, and then just got a copy of logic express 8. still screwing with it, but a lot of the stock software instruments make some sick noises. plan to expand with some NI though.

what do you mean man?
actual bass as in sub bass(sine)?
or midrange hooks or whatever.
For sub bass I use the exs sampler and adjust the attack and release to get rid of the clicks.
im always using different techniques for bass/hooks, sometimes i will just load up one of the smaller plugins multiple times so i can have loads of layers.
assign distortion and guitar amps to some layers ect.
I will post a print screen soon to show my methods as i cant really explain.
I do a lot of resampling aswell.
