Smoked some local Bacon in the homade smoker over the weekend, bought some nice Brie & made some fresh Cranberry & Jalapeno Chutney with the riches from my Mothers garden/Polytunnel.
Whacked it all in a Sourdough Baton, warmed it through in the Oven & became God.
I had an attempt of a posh Philly Cheese steak
Cut some Sirloin Steak into thin strips and marinated with seasoning and a chilli infused oil I made the other day, fried off some onion and the Steak, whacked it in a 12" Baguette covered it in Canadian Cheddar and wanged it under the grill and waltzed around the kitchen like Ainsley Harriot.
BOOM. I made them before. Got really thin steak strips by cooking the steak a bit, then using one of those big cheese graters,

Was so good. The strips were awesome.
Today i went for a fresh roll from sainsburys, then cooked some smoked bacon, then tilted the pan so the oil collects in a pool at the bottom, tiny pinch of jerk chicken powder coating and a few drops of lea and perrins into the oil. Get the pan really hot hen mix it all up, crack an egg onto the bacon and if the pans hot enough the egg should be small and thick. Nice bit o bbq sauce on there. BOOM. Twas gooood.

It was fucking epic.
Just nyamed a handmade burger, 50% pork belly, 15% Chuck Steak, 15% Smoked Bacon, 10% Sundried Tomato, 10% Chipoltle Chilli - Bit of seasonging.
