Deck stands, what do you use?

Just bought myself some decks and a mixer but dont really have anything suitable to put them on. Dont want to spend loads on a proper deck stand this month but dont mind getting something to use for the time being.

    Anyone got any recommendations?

    Cheers

I've got one currently in the making, half finished. I'm using two bedside tables with my mixer on the speaker in the middle .

At home I use a board of wood (found in a skip) attached to the wall with two brakets from Wicks. Total cost £20
At uni I use a keyboard stand with an MDF top curtesy of htfr.
It has to be the wobbliest pice of crap ever. Total cost £70

That is a really good idea man. Probably better and cheaper than any pre made flat packed crap.

cheers for the tips, i took the top off a low standing coffe table which was big enough but too low and put it on top of a table that was high enough but too small, worked a treat.
