Knew it, been saying for the last few days to my mates theres a chance he's gonna stay an its just scare tactics to get Glazers to start pumping money into the club.

One of my mates thinks its all about the money, but City would have offered him £300,000 a week where as we will more than likely be paying him £150,000 - £170,000. We should now be making some signings in January an if not the Summer.

speaking to my mate then, could have been to try and force the glazers out. apparently if rooney had left the value of the club would have dropped significantly or something, making it easier to buy out united..

either way rooneys gona have to come crawling back to the fans - interesting to see their response to him

i do not belive for one second that he is wanting to leave because we dont have assurances for investment. he is simply playing on the fans emotions with that. he wants to leave because he's fucked his life up and hit self destruct. his agent is also a fucking liar and a thief who i trust less thatn gary glitter.

im 99% sure he will get booed. look at rio a few years ago when he stalled on the contract then apparently met Kenyon, and this is far worse.

dont get me wrong im delighted he is staying, but he acted like a complete cunt to the club and the fans will let him know that for a while.

Fair play to City for giving it a go with 10 men. Was good to see Arsenal getting a win against a big side. Fabregas is the next Xaxi. Silva looks top class as well.
