There's a voice that I've heard in loads of songs, it's here:

At the start and at the start of blood sugar as well.
Is there a computer program that can do this announcer voice for me or something similar?

I dunno man ive been looking for something like that for ages.
The only one i know of that sounds slightly realistic is this:

pendulum probably got a proffesional 2 do it..or dave from down the pub.
I could do a voice over..infact i might do one on one of my own tracks when i get te mics sorted out

It's from most modern text to speech programs. When you use one choose British English. Pendulum made theirs sound a little more fluent with some editing.
