if u look hard enough it's really not hard to get a gun in this country, tbh i've never asked around but my uncles got quite a nice 12 bore, cud shop the end off and make a nice swan-off
lots of soldiers have brought back random weapons in the recent wars in iraq/afghanistan & even if the have been deactivated theres always a handful of ppl who can rearm them if u look hard enough

guns just take the fight out of the battle, a cowards weapon, especially in the incidents in london recently, ppl been shot lying in their beds over a revenge/postcode issue

but u gotta give ppl a reason not to get involved, community spirit is dead in this country
