quite easy to do, using sissors cut your beef into really thin strips, season, coat lightly in corn flour and deep fat fry. tasty as!

I'm not sure if this has been posted, it's simple - but I love them.
4-5 Large Potatoes
Seasoning of choice (Parsley, salt and pepper, etc.)
Butter or substitute
Bake the potatoes in the oven until Tender. The time will depend on how quickly you wish to do them, but the best result is obtained by baking fairly steadily for about 11/2 hours in the centre of a very moderate oven. Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the pulp (do this carefully, you do not want to break the skin and ruin it) put it into a big round bowl. Mash well, add butter (or substitute), seasoning and as much grated cheese as you like (me personally, a lot :>) Pile back again into the potato cases with a spoon, making it level, and sprinkle grated cheese on top to top it off, then stick back in the oven to brown. Also, some diced bacon could even go well with it, be imaginative. This is one of my fav little things to cook when eating a roast or just a meal, I love them. Delishhhhussss

Stick all in a fuck of pan and serve with bread. Epic drunken creation, never tried it sober. But i remember it being amazing.
