I just got a new job today working at this factory, the week after next i'm doing 10pm-6am for the whole week =/ anyone here worked night shifts before? if so, just how shit are they?

I used to do 12 hour night shifts mate, it all depended who we were working with cause if we were with safe people we would laugh the night away but in the end i said i wasn't doing them as it fucks ya social life and the rest of it up.

the only night shifts i do are raves, bout it for me

i did a 6 til 2 shift for a while.

night shift is ok. just make sure you get enouf sleep, and also try to sort out your body clock as soon as youre done with teh night shifts.
having safe people at work will help, but generaly night tome at work is more relaxed, as its less likely there will be any big bosses hanging around.

just come off a night shift mate, you'll get used to it, been doin em for few months now, moneys better an its better than 2-10 any day, as long as you dont stay in bed all day its sound bruv trust. i actually prefer them to morning shifts now.
