one of his songs was just on heart. what is the world coming to when heart fm play kanye west. i tune in to hear the dirty dancing soundtrack or maybe a bit of lionel richie, if i wanted to hear crap chart rap, i'd listen to radio 1, like the rest of the youth who can't decide for themselves what music they should like.

and he's not what hip hop should be about, yet he's the biggest hip hop superstar. i even feel for fiddy having to compete with him. as for poof daddy, well that guy is the biggest quendo on the planet.

loved his 1st album what came out in 2004 'college dropout', it was before he was a proper 'superstar' and his album was defiently somthing differnt for hip-hop, it wasnt like all the other stuff about in hip-hop (about the hood, weed and bitches lol).

The beats are good, and some the spits are really intelligent.
Got classics pn that album as well, like jesus walks, all falls down, never let me down, family biz, and last call.

I couldnt wait for his second album, but when I finally got it, it was complete shit. Probily listened to it twice. Awful album imo

it just seems like hip hop used to offer so much more, it could excite or offend or just provoke some reaction, which good music should do, kanye is just bland. he should be locked in a room with ice t for five minutes*
