The literal meaning of expressions is fading.

* You sound like a broken record. (Did "in the groove" come from vinyl records?)

Now with Mp3 players and ipods has the expression changed?
* You sound like a broken ipod...

i did not want to sound like a broken record.
when i introduced my self by just saying hello,
so ill just say WAZZZZU

Dnbforum, there is hardly a spot in dormitory, classroom, hall or yard where at one time or another sime child has not stood for a moment with his inky hands behind his back, his chin lowered, his eyes cast up to the sky, and perhaps, a grand flail on top of his family by way of molten lava and melt like what terminator two maybe

ez geez, welcome to the forum

a broken record skips, hence the repetition idea, a broken ipod jus shows a unhappy face:slick:
