Recent downtime - new server coming!

yeah i tried all afternoon to get on my computer kept saying dnbforum didnt exist, i thought it mustve been lost somewhere deep in the interweb jungle, you know, eaten by piranhas or something...

Good news! We've splashed out some cash and signed up for a new server based in the UK (we're currently hosted in America). I'll be configuring the new server and moving files over the next few days (if I can!) then we'll look to switch to the new server in the next week.

Possibly a little, but I'm sure it will be minimal compared to the downtime we've been getting and it'll be well worth it!

Just FYI, we were attacked again this morning, that's why the site was offline from the early hours till about 10pm

Massive downtime today due to the server overloading, grr! What else can go wrong!? I've disabled a few forum features until we move server to try and prevent it from happening again.

On a positive note, I'm currently playing with the new server, we'll be able to move quite soon I hope!
