It's an Alesis AirFX. It's an effects unit, you wave your hand over it to control the effects (flange depth, modulation, wet/dry amount, and so on.)

That AirFx was a bargain only cost me £30! It wasn't so good on my old mixer cos I didn't have an fx loop so couldn't assign it to channels. It's not as good as the fx on a pioneer mixer or a kaos pad but its got some ok filters and is fun to use

I also just got some technics black mk1200's the day before yesterday =)
as for the stereo and speakers.. I have a technics receiver and technics speakers
nice setup, im jealous of the mixer! i use the same shitty, wobbly ass table aswell! lol
