this is my latest offering, a tune i wrote mainly to get to know my new gear and try some new techniques.
i wont lie, its a peice of filth.
mixed it down through a sofa and tweaked it in the quarterpipe.
didnt really write an intro, just a little something to beatmatch with.
its a simple tune. from a simple man. have a listen and tell me what you think!

sub lo track mate...like the mellow bit in the middle "Creation " vocal...very junglistic...snares stand out in the mix...gwan

[Serum]

Pretty good, diggin the bassline but the drums need fixing up, they're kinda dull sounding EQ wise, the top end on them is a bit harsh on the years too.

The breakdown in the middle is wicked though, takes me back to 94!

If you could just fix those drums you'd be alright, they need a lot more midrange, possibly some different samples as there's no snappiness in them, and with a big sub bassline you need the right mid and tops for them to stand out right.

like peeps said, low end is heavy but the soapbox speakers explain it. apart from the mixdown, i love it! it's strange how you always do things heavy but still not fucked up heavy, sort of sneaky guerilla warfare style.
