how to make this sound? it's a very common sound effect.

everyone's heard this sound effect many many times over. there's a simple pitch bend in it but i have no idea what modulation(s) are at the very beginning of the sound.

I guess get a few oscs of pulse waves, crank them to that particular tuning, set it to a slow portamento and play a low note followed by a really high note, and it should do that slide
