Ah man this is not the way to end the week.
Literally planned on heading Sister-Ray tomorrow, so will see what's going down...
bought my first ever records from BM :(
:lighter:

Here's hoping something gets sorted out. I have a lot of good memories going there. The basement always had such a good atmosphere.

Was there on Thursday, man if I knew it was their last night in operation (from the original location only, let's hope) I would have bought some memoirs!

A real shame, this was a hub for drum & bass in central and will be sadly missed.

Remember shitting it when I was 18 with Hype on one side, Ray Keith on the other and Nicky B behind the till!

Update: BM Soho have made a statement on Facebook, explaining that “unfortunately due to contractual dispute over the building that has been home of BM Soho for the past 25 years we have been forced to temporarily close. Our landlord has been certain that our address will join the massive gentrification of Soho and regrettably we could no longer afford to fight the legal battle to stop that happening anymore.

bet theyll be back in a differenct location
