Metrik Unmissable Remix. That wobble synth

hi Russla, thanks for the reply.

I didn't think the square wave sounded much like it; but I think I got a bit closer with your advice via a sine harmonic II wave in Massive (with wavetable and intensity at 9pm and LFO amp side chain). still quite far from there.

Here is my attempt: https://www.sendspace.com/file/yq72c2

Try to detune two sine waves and a certain note like c3. The detune will make the sine wave wobble. Then sample that wobble and edit so it sounds right when playing as a sample midi file. Also the root note is not detuned so it sounds like a solid sine.

Can anyone tell me what makes the tune so fat?
What i can hear is: Drums, Piano chords, wobble synth, sub?

try this then tweak it because its not exact

Osc1 - Sin-Squ Wt-Position 9o'clock

route to flter1 select lowpass2

set cutoff to about 10-11o'clock and resonance to 9o'clock

attach LFO to the cut off and drag down slightly

increase LFO rate, Osc1 pitch and filter1 cutoff/resonance to suit

I hope this helps

hi Tinnitus, that's really close to it. Especially with LFO 1/12. Substituting Sine Harmonic II and adding some slight reverb seems to mimic it too. Not sure what it is that still doesn't get it right spot on, but close enough for me to move on.
