This one goes way way back. Its a track that had a lead in with the words 'we have the technology... nology' before large drop. Its late ninites for sure. Its not the mode1 six million dollar man remix but it will have used a similar sample.
Its got a similar sound to moving fusions turbulence. Came out around the the same time.
