RAM Production Tutorials - Episode 1: Chords

Anyone have a source for the "Explore" break he is using?

I think it's a very processed Jungle Warfare Vol. 1 Explore break. My laptop's monitor is a bit too small to see the 1080p video fullsize so if you'll check and get the filename, it ought to say "Explore 162". This Explore break is made from the Sport break from Lightnin' Rod - Sport. I don't know the attitude on sharing samples from CDs, but I can give you the Sport break and a few of my attempts toward removing the bass guitar.

There might be a higher quality version of the break somewhere with more prominent hihat action but

Nothing ground breaking but always interesting to see how others put a track together.
I'm looking forward to the Technimatic video in the next issue of Computer Music mag

One thing I find a little bit misleading. He said it´s really important to layer hits so that phases are aligned. I would say not necessarily. I do microlayering too but I rely totally on my ears, if it sounds good(although it´s not aligned) it is good.
