After a string of releases on labels like Innerground, Soul:r, Metalheadz, V Recordings and their own Invaderz Transmissions between 2000 – 2009 The Invaderz have been fairly quiet in recent years.

They returned last year on Klute’s Commercial Suicide imprint with After Midnight / Break The Spell, two collabs with DJ Marky and a track called Quo Vadis on Horizons’s Dreamthief 4 compilation.

This year they’ve only released The Ascent on Metalheadz’s Platinum Breakz 4 album but they haven’t been idle, as Commercial Suicide have just announced details of their debut album, New Found Dialect:

“Delicately forged over the last year the London based trio have come up trumps with 13 superb tracks that cross many boundaries and sub-genres within the drum & bass framework. Roller, jungle, Bristolian steppers, liquefied vocal outings Amen smashers, you’ll find there’s a bit of everything on this excellent set.”

New Found Dialect is out on 3 November with a two-track sampler exclusive to Beatport from 20 October. The album is also available on four track vinyl.

Catch The Invaderz DJing tonight (1 October) at Soul In Motion at Basement, The London Edition, 10 Berners Street, London, W1T 3NP. The night runs from 8pm – 1am and also playing are hosts Bailey and Need For Mirrors plus Klute, FD and Random Movement. Unbelievably it’s free to get in but you MUST email soulinmotionldn@gmail.com for guest list.

There's some fucking corkers on this album tbh, that "Burning Book" tune is pure sickness, been waiting on that one for a long time.

Only recently heard of the Invaderz, since Platinum Breakz 4. Interested to hear what this album is like

Been waiting for news on Dream is Over for ages, so nice to see it getting a release, and backed by some pretty good bits as well by the sounds of it.

Had a listen through the album this evening and its quality. Good mix of tunes on there but all quality.

Bonesaw is great as well as the obvious ones mentioned above
