As one half of the acclaimed Trip-Hop and Electronica duo, Badmarsh & Shri, DJ Badmarsh has been there and done that as far is production is concerned. His experience incorporates his Middle Eastern background (he was born in Yemen) and participation in a distinct music culture that has developed among England's Asian and Middle Eastern emigres. His music can be described as dark break-beats laced with sitars, tablas and experimental ambient beats.
