Last night my mixers cue function started sounding muffled and quiet. I think it's to do with the cue function because I was pressing random buttons and the master was coming out of my headphones and it sounded normal. Anyone here good at electronics/repairing mixers?

does the level you're hearing match the meters when cue is pressed?

sounds like you might not be running it at unity but the 62 has an unusual cue system anyway.

the best way to do it is to use the aux sends as individual cues

if there's no cue buttons pressed down then you can send the aux signal to the headphones and use each channels aux pot to independently control it's level.

-turn off all CUE buttons
-turn on Aux send in headphone section
-make sure aux pre buttons are on
-adjust aux pots for each channel

^ Fuck me i've been after someone to explain that properly for years! Will try this later, nice one.

Charlie, sounds like a build of dust mate. Take the knob and retaining nut off, then blast a load of compressed air down the hole and turn the pot round and round. That should clear it
