The snare that will punch shit out of you

if i have a low layer in a snare i try to keep it as clean as possible no fx.
if i do i use a send channel with reverb on it to mix wet n dry.
if it sounds weird then best not keep that fx on.

this is just me though im still learning as im sure you have read before theres no txt book rule really
