nope .listened to this when you first posted it and definitely never heard of it before

the main synth line is more or less ripped off of the theme to the 1960s tv program 'Mission Impossible', if that helps...

Thanks for reply. So this isn't a simple case.

There is a male voice in the background saying something. Probably it's a sample from some movie. Can anybody tell what he's saying, or maybe even recall the source of the sample? It's hard for me to recognize that speech.
The voice can be heard from 1:28 till 2:11 (for example).

Well noticed, Besty! This track sounds really similar to Steampunk - Thunderstorm. I checked his other tracks and quickly found what I was after:
