It’s time to get busy and jiggly with the bass once again as Optimal Prime presents the eighth installment of the Dub Cutz podcast series (podcast #12). Dub Cutz Vol 8 is packed with a ton of fresh new material along with a few from our own personal ongoing production library in a 3 deck live mixup, finally bringing back some real vinyl (for a change) sourced out all the way from….would you believe it, Amsterdam, signed by the great Noisia and Calyx & Teebee themselves. What a great find.
These chewy sounds will begin with the usual formula of uplifting and enrgetic liquid DnB, progressing its way into a heavy, grittier technical sound with the likes of Noisia, Mefjus, I Am Legion in addition to many others, before winding down into the mellow smooth sounds of liquid DnB. Expect an organic sounding breaky and technical mix for the majority of the set. Trust us though, there are some bangers in here indeed.
