    A New Synth From TAL

Patrick Kunz, the man behind the many FREE and amazing TAL Audio Line Products, has released a new version of one of his greatest "inspired" synths, the TAL U-NO-LX.

The introductory price is $35.00 (USD). I just picked mine up...and even if it doesn't become a "go-to" for me, this guy has released many amazing vst's and FX for FREE over the years, so the least I can do is support the cause.

    Cheers.

Thanks for the heads up; I too would appreciate a mini-review if possible!

Looks too basic regarding the filters section, maybe give first impressions, is it even worth the money?

    You're a mind reader.

I'll have one posted up soon. Spent a good chunk of last night and this morning messing with it...

at some point you will overwhelm the mint's capacity to produce money for your synth purchases

I tend to agree, but for 35 bucks it's not that expensive.

True that, though my production partner msmith222 is right in that I have a bit of a synth...um, addiction. But the first step to recovery is admitting I have a problem...

I have a Roland, Alpha Juno 2 and I can confirm that the TAL U NO LX sounds IDENTICAL to the real thing.

In terms of strings and pads it creates those classic Prodigy style strings perfectly.
