"here comes trouble, cruising down the block"

Hi Guys,

I'm new to the forum.
I registered specifically because an old skool tune has been buzzing round my head all morning and I'm hoping someone can help me identify it.

The lyrics include lines like : "here comes trouble cruising down the block" and "watch the rooftops, cause it's hot and I'm dirty"

It's quite old (as I am) - so not sure if anyone will remember it and also it wasn't a massive tune in terms of D+B but it was very good from memory
