How do i get posts mod approved?

I've tried several times to post some of my drum mixes on youtube and every time i post, i get a message saying it needs to be mod approved but it never is. any advice would be appreciated

sorry i wasn't specific enough haha. it says the post needs to be approved by mods here on the site, not on youtube. and it's been over a month for some of my posts.

I just wanted to share drum mixes of mine from youtube. they've been getting good reception from some big names. I just got my latest mix retweeted and favorited by RAM Records on twitter..I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong haha.
