nah not a chelsea fan. JT has proved over the last how ever many years hes one of the best CBs the prem has seen. he does lose his cool in big games though so maybe give lescott a chance. ashley cole is a no brainer, lampard is a class act and has been for years, gerrard used to be up there but has fell right off. lamps is still running games in chelsea midfield and alot of thier recent success is to do with him refinding form, and mata.

i only chose sturridge cuz i dont rate welbeck, and wanted to keep it 4-4-2 but wouldnt be surprised if Woy Hodgson playes rooney up top alone, although i really hope he doesnt.

or better yet play neither or the shitcunts.

Lescott and Cahill > 2 old crap players imo

This was not the case, as their offspring gained a wandering ocular

woy will never play anything but 442 unless he absolutely has to.

weird because we've played the majority of our best football this year with a 451 - hodgson loves his 442

he'd do a better job than most of the starting England 11 2bh. But really can't see it happening.

Scholesy is one of the only players from the old camp who would actually be worth playing imo. He proved again this year he is one of the best in the premiership still

I think if Wilshire was going to be included then there would be no chance. But who knows. The effect he's had on the United team since coming back is fucking insane. Yeh he's 37 but I would fucking love to see him play for England again. Apparently if Capello had approached him pre the last world cup and asked him to play he would have done, but instead Capello sent his number two to ask him so Scholesy didnt bother. I personally think this it what we need. An experienced head in there, let the youth bounce off his genius.

I fucking hate United. Put Paul Scholes is ridiculous. Who else have we really got that can opporate that central midfield spot. Gerard never holds his position we we play him centrally, neither does Lampard man they always want to drift forward.

    For me its:

    Hart

    Walker/Richards----Cahill----Terry/Lescott----Cole/Baines

    -----------------------Parker---------------------------

    --------Gerard/Lampard--------Scholes/Jones-----------

    Walcott/Lennon----------Rooney-----------------Young

    ----------------Welbeck/Sturridge---------------------

Re: The Official Euro 2012 Thread

I saw England's loss to the Netherlands at Wembley in February. Having Sneijder, Robben & RVP all in form and on the pitch at the same time is scary shit

Wouldn't be surprised if both them and the Germans get through to the semi's

England seems to have too much of a binge drinking culture and too many distractions to actually bring decent players through right now. How many people do you know that could have kept something up through their teens so diligently?
