Ridiculous how laid back people are about shit like SOPA and ACTA :/.

Its not the immediate effects of these things passing that worries me, its what theyre left free to do once its in place. Worldwide censorship, really, you want that just so people will stop ripping tunes off youtube and torrenting movies?


I buy pretty much all my tunes now, i didnt used to, was more of a 50/50 split, the artists definately deserve my money, and the odd 50p here and there for a track you think is proper decent isnt much to ask. I dont pay for hardly any of my movies though. Lower those fucking ridiculous cinema prices and i might pay to go see it. And what the fucks up with dvd/bluray prices? Like £15 for a disc containing something you have no idea your going to like? Its like walking into a shoe store and picking out shoes thats still sealed in boxes...

only about 5% of films released are worth buying anyway... and even then Im not gonna spend £15 for a brand new film.

As for films, well fuck it, I torrent away, although I do like going to the cinema, prices are a joke but I can usually get away with being a student.
