As spring comes to thaw the ice of winter Dig Deep returns
to London on Saturday 10th March 2012 for our spring
installment of liquid Drum & Bass. Exepect a vibe that is
already establishing itself as the Dig Deep trademark sound,
the very deepest, musical Drum & Bass the scene has to offer.
_________ :: PETE RANN :: _________
Pete Rann started off as a DJ in 1989 and took up production
in 1995. Since then he has released on imprints such as
Good Looking records, Fokuz, Strictly Digital, Phuzion
and numerous others. Known for his unique atmospheric take
on drum and bass he draws on inspiration from 80s hiphop,
detriot techno and early rave and house. Most recently
Pete has started his own label Pete Rann Music.
_________ :: MARK HALFLITE :: _________
After being caught by the house/acid bug in the early days
of the rave scene Mark Halflite started DJing & working
as a sound engineer. After the introduction of the 'Good
Looking' sound in the mid 90's DJing took a back seat to
production which was heavily influenced by the sound of
clubs such as Speed & Swerve. He now hosts a weekly show
on Sensory Sound System and has had releases on Touch Tone.

After attending raves such as Dreamscape and Helter Skelter
in the early 90's Emotion was immersed in a new sound coined
as 'Intelligent Drum & Bass'. Soon came the desire to mix
and Emotion bought decks in 1998. After plugging away in his
local town he secured gigs at events like Destiny, Drumfunk,
Social Focus and many more. Emotions sets are a musical
journey through deep, jazzy, funky Drum & Bass.

The Wook has DJ'd on & off for around 15 years, and is
currently a resident for ISM Records & new South London
based liquid D&B night InnerSoul. He works behind the scenes
at digital label Liquid Drumz alongside brother Russell
(S1 DJ). More recently The Wook started with production.
_________ :: KINESICS :: _________
Touch Tone label boss Kinesics has been a lover of DnB
since the dawn of its creation in the early 90's. DJ &
vocalist for 10 years the logical move was made to production
in 2008. In early 2009 Kinesics created Touch Tone, a
digital label releasing deep DnB from producers based all
over the world, and Sensory Sound System, an internet
station streaming 24/7 Liquid DnB.

Shylo 1st answered the call to arms in 2000, covering for
Bad Company's absent MC @ Futurism @ Scala. Since then he
has gone on to perform at numerous events around the UK
as well as picking up bookings in Greece, Germany & Poland.
As MC's go Shylo is definitely from the "Music 1st" school
of thought and is known for letting the beats do the talking.

Denneans distinctive, rich, bluesy vocals have featured
on releases spanning many different styles of electronic
music including Drum & Bass. Her live performances
reveal her powerful vocal range coupled with original
soulful lyrics. Over the last 10 years Dennean has
secured a place as a respected artist in the underground
dance music scene.
_________ :: VISIONOBI :: _________
Visionobi combines a soulful rhythmical vocal style
with socially conscious lyrics. His competence as a host
is well received by DJs he plays alongside. Hailing from
Southampton Visionobi won the nationwide Valve MC
Competition in 2009 & has hosted at nights such as Shogun
Audio, Metalheadz, Hospital, Digital Soundboy & Critical.
