In my left ear! Bought my first pair of decent head phones last week...



And fell asleep listening to one of Teddy's mixes (not blaming you in any way mate). Must have rolled onto my side and now that ear's completely blocked. Brool I know but does any one have any ideas on how to unblock it? Ear drops are a load of balls and someone suggested ear candles but I think they were having me on. I'm don't want to google it coz I always end up reading horror stories about whatever ailment I've looked up...




All this stuff on here about ear plugs but no one mentions the fact that a pair of bass heavy headphones can make you deaf!

haha, sorry man, i should issue a warning

cotton wool, bit of olive oil, microwave it slightly so its warm, not too much, let it sit in there for a bit. more for ear ache but should clean u out a bit

Happened to me a few years back and i went to my doctor, this is what he did.

Mate... ear candles work.... I use them quite alot... just make sure you get someone to help you.. ie a gf.. or if your stuck for one of them get your mum on the case... put your head on their lap... get them to put the ear candle in and light it and keep and eye on it... doing it yourself can be a bit risky.

I'd like to say that syringe would work and it's worth a try but I don't see how intense music overnight would lead to an extensive ear wax build up. Your best bet is to go to the doctor, the average one doesn't know fuck all about hearing/won't be able to give you a hearing test on-site but at least he can confirm if it's a wax issue and treat it.

Same thing happened to me couple of years ago,went to a doctor he used some kind of syringe,quite big actually and my after my ear was cleaned,i had feeling i can hear for a miles xD
