yeah I gave the rubber band and plectrum thing a go, went a bit over the top and ended up smacking my needle into the slipmat repeatedly, in swing time though

Impressive to say the least... Unsure as to how much is "live" though, alot of the interludes have pre-recorded soundscapes? Proper creative doe, feelin' it!
