    i'm glad to be back to the norm. i've not drank for 2 days as december was a massive build up of getting pissed with the climax being new years eve/day. from 6th dec-1st jan I've absolutely abused myself. woke up on the 2nd january feeling suicidal. had to drive to manchester. all i could think about all the way was hitting the central reservation at 100 mph

    Actually I don't mind being back at work, I just can't be arsed getting up early again. When my alarm went off this morning it was horrible.

    Ha!! i dont really have a lenthy time off period in my job, its very speradic, so coming in today was no biggy, considering i was in on sunday and yesterday, but i would still rather not be here at all.
