Chase & Status - No More Idols Tracklist

Basicly the album is being pushed by Mercury but as Chase and Status were still contracted to Ram to do another album when they were signed by Mercury, the two labels are both involved in the project, I'm guessing Ram recieve a percentage of royalties for example

The reason I know is because I recieved an email through the Ram promo subscription a while back regarding the Is It Worth It / End Credits 12" single, basicly explaining how since C&S were now co-signed to Mercury, there wasn't enough time to send out promos in the usual time before the rest of the online shops have them, as there was a complication with Mercury Records getting it all together in time, or something like that

Just trust me, don't expect another C&S album solely on Ram Records, full only of wonderous new drum and bass tracks

On another note, has Sub Focus been signed to a major label? Can't remember reading if he had or not?

They still have one more album deal with Ram right? So that will obviously be more stuff like No Problem and Hocus Pocus. You can hardly expect their major label release to be entirely stuff like that can you? No Problem and Hocus Pocus will be good gateways for people to get into d&b properly, which is likely why they were put on the album - and massive props for them having No Problem as the first tune.

Likely this album will be full of catchy, well produced pop/dance music crossovers, and their Ram album will be nice and varied dancefloor destroyers, like their last one. What's not to like?

I really doubt this album will be full of pop tunes. judging from the tracks ive heard i reckon its gonna be the same deal as Against All Odds, a few commercial tracks and the rest bangers.......

I like this tune for sure, annoyed that they didnt drop it in the 02 academy a few weeks back, bet it would dd nicely with Future Prophecies-Dreadlock ;D

Cos its released in conjuction with Ram as thier 2nd album of their deal i'd imagine

Plus, Ram will help push it to the heads cos thats what they do best. The major will handle the bigger side of the release (CD, press etc)

lol cause Mercury is a dubstep label? Has nothing to do with that. A major label has 10X the distribution, territories, marketing, licensing capabilities, etc.
