how can i make a vocal realy low/dark without changing the pitch/key?





You cant make something low without changing its pitch. Kind of a paradox you want to do.
But something like doubling the vocal and detuning the the other just a bit can work, and when you pitch it down, timestretch it as well to make it shorter than the original. so it plays as fast. Try some extreme chorus or phasing as well. Reverse, apply reverb and reverse it again gives an otherworldly quality to vocals too.

Try doubling the vocal track, lowering one of them by 3 semitones, then running them both into reverb/delay.
That might not be dark enough for you, but try it and see.
