Since Launching In Birmingham last September, Supersonic Vague has officially become the UK’s biggest Alternative / Indie Night running every Friday in Birmingham, Leeds, Nottingham & Watford and have seen some of the biggest names on the scene including Lost Prophets’ Frontman Ian Watkins Side Project L’amour La Morgue, Example, Alex Zane, Jaguar Skills, Nick Grimshaw, Maximo Park, The Enemy and Many More take to the main room decks.

Celebrating the success of Supersonic Vague, Bank Holiday Sunday 30th May at Gatecrasher Birmingham will see the Uk’s Biggest Alternative Night get even more Supersonic with a line up that many Festivals will be envious of.

Headlining IS Radio 1 man of the moment, Mr Z-Z-Z-Zane Lowe. Having a hugely popular radio show broadcast every week night, Zane’s music taste is very broad, mixing up Hip Hop, Rock, Drum & bass, Dubstep, Electronic & more, that you never know what to expect from him with his DJ sets. There is however one thing we can be sure of with Mr Zane Lowe, is that whatever he says is gonna be big, is definitely going to be BIG and with him this bank holiday we can expect no less than a fully rocking dancefloor

After having recently released ‘Only Man’, which Zane Lowe has named the Rock remix as his ‘Hottest Record in the world’, the Audio Bully’s duo will be taking time out from there hectic live tour to take to the decks at The Supersonic Vague Stereo Apocalypso on Bank Holiday Sunday 30th May.

Zane Lowe’s Radio 1 counterparts Kissy Sell Out and Alex Metric will also be joining him on the line up for Supersonic Sound System. Both DJs have had the title of ‘In New DJs We Trust’ a honoury title given to them by Radio 1 for their DJ skills, music selection and their ability to get a crowd moving a grooving until the early hours of the morning,

And last but by no means least will see Leeds’ duo Cassette Jam performing live in the main room. Having been propelled onto the global dance scene after winning the Cream International Search for a DJ comp in 2008, the have travelled across 4 continents, smashing the biggest festivals and clubs to bits and have remixed for the likes of Ladytron, The Whip, Does It Offend You Yeah amongst many others and have worked on their new album alongside Filthy Dukes. After a storming season in Ibiza last year, with their residency at Amnesia, we can’t wait to watch them Live at Gatecrasher Birmingham.

Room 2 sees Birmingham club night Stupid Underground bring you the sounds of Breakbeat with Breakbeat masters Plump DJs and Stupid Underground’s Get Carter.

Room 3; Arkade bring you Dubstep Warriorz with Coki, Standfast & Bigger Than Barry’s Shorterz.

Whilst upstairs in Bed we will be bringing you house music all night long with some of House Music hottest DJs, Dave Spoon, D. Ramirez & GB’s very own Jimmy Kennedy.
