i can use dnb forum on my n95....even downloaded last years westfest sets on it when i was away.

The vBulletin framework is accessible from practically every mobile with a browser (not just iPhones, apple fanboys). The only problem is that the standard forum format is designed for a desktop and it's not likely to fit very well on a mobile screen. Only the vBulletin designers can really do much about that though, it's not a framework which can just be re-designed from the inside out by the forum owners.
