Ummm, I've never bought a pair for that price before, other than those Sony DJ300 thingies, and I wern't too impressed with those :(
I've got Technics 1200 headphones atm, I love them :p
yer no bloody help you :p
Right, I'm back to lend a hand with the headphone options.
Since I've never used any of these (bar one), I've decided to highlight your main options surrounding your pricing area!
Sony MDR V500DJ (http://www.htfr.com/prodgif/BMR29900.jpg)
If you like em' tight, these are for you. I tried them (even though I said I'd used the 300s above, I really meant the 500s!), and I tend to move my phones about a bit while mixing, so these didn't last to long. I ended up selling them! (£49)
Stanton DJ PRO 300 (http://www.htfr.com/prodgif/BMR39068.jpg)
Stanton make some good shit, might be worth a bash! (£49)
Sennheiser EH2200 (http://www.htfr.com/prodgif/BMR48714.jpg)
Reguarded as the best DJ phone company at one point I believe. Plus Klusta uses one of the Sennheiser models! (£49)
Sennheiser HD200 (http://www.htfr.com/prodgif/BMR68735.jpg)
As above. However, I've seen quite a few DJs in my time using these phones (£49)
Well there ya go, a comprehensive guide to headphones at the 50 nicker mark. Just remember this, you could pay less but.. You get what you pay for :p
(I used HTFR for my pics and prices!)
hehe, i went to the links section of 31seconds, i remembered you having some DJ shop links on there, I wanted Sennheiser, and decided to plump for the Sennheiser HD200 ones aswell, lovely jubbly :) great minds eh? :)
I was after Sennheiser ideally, and im willing to pay that bit more for them, me bloke has the HD25's and they are the don, so im sure these will do the job just nicely as currently they're just for home use, so they should be ideal :)

Firstly, 31seconds is the place to be, nice one ;)
Secondly, yeah, those Sennheiser HD200s look pretty cool, I've seen quite a few DJs with them :D
Me is got a set of these.....used this model for five years, love um:D
£85, bit more than £50 but worth it
