1 cup of tea 2 sugars get 1 rocky chocolate bar(caramel flav) chuck it in let the chocolate bar melt whilst drinking tea, once drunk tea scoop out the melted chocolate with your finger! fucking boooom.

I've got an unhealthy obession with the stuff atm, its me breakfast snacks and dinner, marmite sandwiches for lunchy at work
