you dont need to copy right a name of a tune. there are lots of tracks with the same name. If you have to original copy of the tune on your daw you are covered. cant argue with the programme file that made the tune.

You can do, if its one tune then it doesn't really matter i guess, but if you're going big time i imagine you would want to put a patent on it.
