GETTING A IMAGE ON MY AVATAR??

How can i get an image on my avatar for my profile signature on the top left of my post box?
There doesn't seem to be an option to upload a pic? or am i missing it?

ya need 250 posts mate. 100 posts and you can choose one from a 'selection'...
