I know the tune mate, the name of it escapes me at the moment. It was a big tune at the time, and it does sound like a basement tune, but I remember Jack Smooth releasing on another label as well around that time (sound entity????)...anyway I'll play it to a few bods to see if they know the name. In the meantime try an old skool forum like www.hardcorewillneverdie.com...someone on there will know it
