Spritual Aura by Rap has a bit of an oooooooohhhh in it. It's from '93 so probably isn't what you are looking for. Worth checking out anyway cos it's heavy.

see i was thinking super hero by house crew... which is from 94, so again probably not it, but worth checking as is also heavy.
