I think you should change the snare as a start, make the drum a lot heavier and the same goes for the synths. Bring out your biggest guns right! Get some distortion going on, boost everything with a limiter and some compressors.. Also a phat subbass would help your goal, and last but certainly not least you could add some hats to fill out the track a bit more.
