i'm glad to be back to the norm. i've not drank for 2 days as december was a massive build up of getting pissed with the climax being new years eve/day. from 6th dec-1st jan I've absolutely abused myself. woke up on the 2nd january feeling suicidal. had to drive to manchester. all i could think about all the way was hitting the central reservation at 100 mph :O
